Observer Comments : This is my first report on the SODIS database.
I am not shure about the altitude of the Observatory because it is on the roof top of a higher city building (~ 8 floors).
My camera was runing with 10 fps but the video was recorded with 25 fps, so that the time stamp is 1/25 = 40 ms.
