Observer Comments : Second dip (satellite?) of event #15121. AOTA2B possible 1.32 (1.50 / 1.10): Christian Weber: HC removed after communication with the observer. My e-mail statement was "Two 2- and 1-frame Dips, respectively, which fail the 2B test and are over 800 km apart (although the Hill criterion is still met) – this has zero chance of passing the CBET and (as was the case last time) stands no chance, in my view, of being accepted as an MPB article." So, regular review and export.
